Don’t come to Endeavor until you see some kind of movement. Your going to be in NYC and reserve times are starting to get long and guys aren’t being used. And the reason NYC is the junior base for almost every airline is because it’s such a crap hole to live in.

On average, how long are guys sitting on reserve in NYC?

Flying tends to drop in winter months (basically it's slow here September through February) This is magnifying the current overstaffing. If a "big announcement" actually comes, then perhaps it makes sense. If that announcement doesn't come, expect long reserve times and possibly a pause in hiring.

Did anyone read the flightops update today? Id post it on here but I don’t think I’m allowed, either way for those who haven’t looked at it yet. (It was updated in the content locker this afternoon) but the gist. Growth is supposedly happening in 2019 but as of now there is no real plan. Someone can fill it in more accurately but that was the idea.

I’ve been following things at Endeavor for a little while and fortunate to have a class date coming up, but the stagnation is making the decision much more difficult. Really excited about the opportunity due to pay, work rules and primarily the ability to drive into base eventually. I’m wondering more though if I’d be better off to see if I could delay my class date and continue to commute and build hours at my current regional since I’ll be holding a line pretty soon. But seniority is everything, right?
