Default Endeavor Latest and Greatest 3.0

I'm curious if anyone has been interviewed/hired for the FTI postions. 26 openings and it seems like plans changed or were scrapped in regards to that vacancy.

I know two people as well. I applied and was called, but withdrew. So they're still going full steam ahead with it.

I think there is a class of 14 instructors starting tomorrow. I'm not sure how many already started in August.

Default Any day now

We'll hear about that growth!

Every month someone posts that an "announcement" is forthcoming and it never comes. I've been waiting a year now and still naddah. Don't get me wrong it's not the worst place to work but that carrot is getting old and stale and this rabbit is losing patience as the D does almost everything to avoid just taking us already.

Propel bothers me as it's for people not even on property. Day after day, Irop after Irop, PA after PA and we are still not good enough for the D. The details on the DGI was supposed to be like two months ago.

It’s not just Endeavor. People at Republic have been staring at a similar carrot. But yes, I agree with your frustrations. I can’t understand how American can treat their regional lift why they do and why Delta feels we’re not due the same respect. We fly their passengers already and they feel a propel prospect is better for Delta. Kinda like a kick in the nads

American treat their wholly owned pilots a lot worse than Delta treats Endeavor Pilots. Sure there isn’t a flow here, sure AA WO pilots get much better travel benefits. But their pay, their contract, their reserve rules and the overall happiness of pilots I saw in my shortish time there is night and day.

Everyone thinks the grass is greener, so far Endeavor has treated me much better. Never once has Endeavor tried to put themselves ahead of my son when he was sick.

AA has flow, but I don’t see them being able to flow enough pilots to keep up with AA’s need and of course their are provisions within at least the Envoy CBA to block movement if they can’t cover the flying. Once they hit the “unprotected pilots” hired after 2014/14.

I hope there's growth. Why else would we have so many FOs going to NYC?
