Is Endeavor offering preference to hiring of direct entry captains?

They sure are give them a call right away before the close of business

I have a dream for sale if then price is right.

The quick upgrade here has sailed away. Qualified fos here who came in with zero time (early 2017 hires) can’t even hold the upgrade and that’s unlikely to change unless growth comes sooner than expected (last quarter 2019).

He is either trolling or has done no research into endeavor. Dont take his question seriously, it only encourages him. Look at his post history if u don't believe me.

So instead of writing why he is wrong...back it up with facts! Movement/ attrition / reserve life as a new Capt. Endeavor is a great company.. not bashing. But the tide is turning.

What can an endeavor capt expect monthly? Guessing there is lots of open time.

I average 85 to 90 credit hours. Drop a few reserve days, pick up a 4 day. Get 11ish days off with 85ish average. So that's 8500 a month with per diem without working too hard. I'm not used a lot on reserve so my home time is really 20ish days at home. I could easily make more if I hustled the system.

Anywhere from $85k to $135k on 3rd year rates depending how hard one works. Both being 3rd year 900 rates with the first figure representing about 75 credit hours a month and the second representing 120 credit hours a month. The median from talking to captains seems to be about 90 credit hours a month which is $100k. All just depends how hard one wants to work. Some guys credit over 120 credit hours but at that point you’re gonna have to live in base and go down to FAR limits as far as flight and duty time as well as rest. There is open time available but you have to be quick. It’s not like 2016-2017. Contract requires open time be offered to a pilot wishing to pick it up for 150% before it is assigned to a reserve which I am thankful for.

Also of importance there are minimal restrictions for reserve pilots picking up flying on their days off and that time pays on top of guarantee. So it’s possible to have a very good salary here if you live in base. Endeavor has excellent pay rules in addition to the pay rates.
