9/14 so far have gotten CJOs. 64% or so.

Any concern?

In the same range as where the SSP finished, about what most of the SSP guys expected of it. It does seem to poke a hole in the new/ better generation thing that DGI guys were expecting, but maybe it will rise with time and they'll turn out to be right. If off the street success is 75%, anything approaching that is doing fairly well.

Sample size is really too small to get any real feel for how things are going to be. Give it 4-6 more months of interviews and we can start to see a trend developing.

Remember the first couple days of the SSP looked promising too, then the truth set in. :eek:

DGI will do way better than SSP. Mark that.

You mean the final total on the DGI. Otherwise you're literally cheering mediocrity.

So the 5 that were determined to be too defective to work at delta, do they have to resign their position at Endeavor?

Nope. They ALL get a 6 month retry with Delta.

Any idea what part kept them from getting the job? Panel, COG, test, shrink test?
