So which is worse? That he didn't read it and did vote no, or that he's pretending he voted at all?

All good points but
The things that are being taken away are zero cost to the company. The NYC shuttle complaints were about the frequency NOT the service. Why did they even mention Uber/Lyft and then pull a Lucy on Charlie Brown and pull the football??? Ask the NYC crews not others, especially people NOT based in NYC. It's a big deal. 50$ is not enough for pilot's and for the F/As, Fuggaaboutit!
So, for the last six months, we've lost; Premium seating, the NYC Van and 30% LCR! FLICA we gave up, crew scheduling is atrocious but, far worse for the F/As. Man they treat them really poorly! But, we need to "Elevate"! Really???
We are supposed to be improving not the other way around! These are mostly lifestyle issues. It's almost as they are doing it on purpose to get people to quit and be replaced by younger lower time people they can bully with all the Section 19 meeting you read about in the fast reads.

2. $50 is more than other airlines are getting in NYC for personal transportation. It’s free money that from what I understand isn’t required by the contract, same as the shuttle wasn’t. Please correct me if I’m wrong but if I’m right, I have no idea why you’re whining. Be grateful for the money provided and if it isn’t enough for the whole month, pay the remaining cost of your personal transportation to your job like everybody else.
3. Premium seating isn’t required by the contract. Endeavor Air has no control over this. Whine to Delta and tell me how it goes.
4. “Crew scheduling is atrocious” is a more ambiguous whine, so I can’t really help explain anything there.
5. 30% LCR is not something we lost. It was a temporary gain that was traded for the temporary trial period of a concession, dynamic scheduling. This shouldn’t have to be explained to you five times.

Yep, get the NYC reserve captains to quit. They're definitely the most expensive pilots here. zzz

1. Mentioning Uber is not a promise, nor a contractual obligation. The fact that you placed any value in this, which I can assume from your emotional reaction, makes you part of the problem.

On point 3, while that’s another kick in the groin and not contractual, it still sucks to see those seats go unused and empty while you’re stuffed in the back. Not to mention the fact that TW and other managers are still getting those upgrades. It just doesn’t align with the way the company says it treats its employees!

Regarding point 2, what other regional airlines in NYC cover more than one airport? While the Uber thing may not have been contractual, it was one of those “good faith” things that when left unmaterialized, undermines trust and confidence.
