On point 3, while that’s another kick in the groin and not contractual, it still sucks to see those seats go unused and empty while you’re stuffed in the back. Not to mention the fact that TW and other managers are still getting those upgrades. It just doesn’t align with the way the company says it treats its employees!
Policies change. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. But you should only expect what you negotiate. Be grateful for anything else. People are literally complaining that someone is handing them $50 to pay for their ride to work. I simply don't understand the ingratitude and whining while we receive so much more than others, and for free.

The company is setting themselves up for success...they “know” that growth is coming and with that will come negotiations...if they enter into negotiations with a pilot group that already has their 7 course meal, in order to get what they want, they are going to have to give us a third dessert and a case of aged whiskey...
If the pilot group is living on bread and water, the company can get what they want in a negotiation and it will only cost them a lukewarm salami sandwich.
They are making us miserable intentionally. They aren’t going to make it bad enough for people to quit to other regionals, but they are trying to bring us back down to the level of other regionals so that when something good comes up in negotiations, the pilot group will grasp for it without hesitation and without getting its true value out of the deal.
That’s my thoughts anyway.
And since this is an online post and I haven’t insulted anyone yet...for those people who think that the first class upgrade thing isn’t our management’s doing....or at least that our management couldn’t fix it...you’re delusional. DELUSIONAL

Even if that's true, then the same must be true for our S3A priority. Our commuters must be awfully quiet on this board, because nobody else seems to be bringing this up. We are quick to remember the bad and forget the good.

Shhhhh. S3A is AWESOME! Don't remind them so they can take our nice stuff away! I don't want to go behind the retirees again!

^^^^ THIS!
And Positive Space on 2nd flight for commuters too.
Keep putting me in the back on a dead head for 100% pay. I'm going to sleep anyway. Can't drink. Already bored with the snacks. My goal is to get a seat in the back with nobody next to me. Better than upgrade to first with someone next to me. I've never dead headed longer than 2 hours.

I wish them good fortune in the wars to come. They should have learned what playing with the regional feed too often does, but they can learn again if they forget easily.
