Endeavor Phone Interview

Be prepared to speak to your experience a bit, explain any training incidents, and have your calendar ready to help find a date to schedule an in person visit to our HDQ in MSP. Good luck and hope to have you in my right seat soon!

He Asked me what made me decide to apply at Endeavor, reviewed my job history, checkride failures, any accidents or violations, asked about current flying, and then asked me if I’d like to schedule an in person interview. Gave me 6 dates in May to choose from and said there were some in June as well. Scheduled and then gave me a run down of the process, told me to expect some emails about what paperwork to bring and have filled out. Then he said a week prior, I'd get my travel info.
About 25 min on the phone but it wasn’t hard. Also answered some of questions I had and some general chit chat.

Does anyone know when the earliest classes are? I know it's a bit of a stretch to ask given their current situation. But I applied back in December and got the generic "we filled all of our classes for 2019" email. However, I was told they are opening classes in November/December. Should I call a recruiter directly to look into my app? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
