I've already seen action from what I commented on in the survey - where's the growth? Obviously, they had to wait to announce, which they did...thus, much of what we were b!tching about is moot. I also said I felt our CEO wasn't very visible...definitely not the case anymore with his series of videos and updates to his blog.
My two cents? We're a different company than we were a year ago, and definitely a different company than we were four months ago when we did the survey. Take it for what it's worth.
