How many ahead of me?
It's time for me to try to do something useful around here in addition to trolling the OO pilots.
Want to upgrade? Here's a count of how many FOs might be in line ahead of you.

Want to upgrade? Here's a count of how many FOs might be in line ahead of you.
- These counts are based on the 9/3/2019 ISL.
- "FOs ahead of you" means FOs from classes ahead of you. It doesn't include people in your class.
- PHTs and FTIs are included. They might upgrade. They might not.
- FOs hired before 2014 are not included. The goal is to exclude FOs who won't upgrade or are waiting for an MSP spot. If you were hired before 2014 and are planning to upgrade... I had to draw a line somewhere. No offense intended.
- FOs hired less than 18 months ago are not included. The goal is to exclude FOs who probably don't have at least 1000 company hours (or 800 company hours once they change it).
- I have no idea when any of these folks are going to upgrade. Want to speculate wildly? Be my guest. Please don't ask me.

Awesome list, thanks for compiling this. Only caveat may be the FOs who went to the 200 (DTW/ATL) in early 2018 and were stuck on reserve/still stuck on reserve since then and didn't fly much. A lot of those people only have 300-450hrs company/121 time. So that could skew the upgrade times. Otherwise thanks again!

So realistically 1/4 of our seniority list is ahead of me after almost two years here. Now I’m just depressed. Thanks.
You can make it better by getting rid of a lot of those FOs!

Updated from the 19-05 Final Award. There are some small discrepancies in the counts; I think they're based on the few weeks between the ISL release and the Final Award release.
The next update will be at the next vacancy notice. Thanks!
