I don't have a dog in this fight as my count down clock shows less than a year left. (Unless they raise the retirement age to 67 which is another issue that would be worth a ton of keyboard warrior angst)
But keep in mind there are a very high percentage of Delta pilot's that never had a Delta interview.

Lots of entitlement in this thread. What makes you any different than cpz? They were wholly owned too and look at their fate. All you can do is make the best decision with the information you have now. All indications are that you won’t get a flow. As per your DGI rate, what do you expect? You expect it to be higher than ots? That’s crazy.

Let’s be real here. The Compass flow came from NWA through the merger and not because of any decision Delta made to offer it. To honor it was the correct and professional thing to do.
