endeavor interview questions
hey I have the interview at the HQ in a couple of days, any advice/heads up ? do they ask technical questions? thanks in advance!

Just prior to Covid, the DGI numbers were around 80% success. However, the DGI is currently on hold, and won’t come back until every pilot on the seniority list as of 6/3/21 either flows to Delta, or passes on the opportunity to do so. (Or DALPA wins in arbitration and the flow is cancelled)

The flow could get cancelled, and Delta still doesn't have to bring back the DGI. Or... Delta could reinstate the DGI prior to all flow-eligible pilots leaving, because they might not be able to hire enough people to staff Endeavor. They could even extend it to flow-eligible pilots in order to keep them happy and on property a little longer. |

Only an 80% pass rate for the last 3 months of 2019..before that it was a crap shoot |
