You can label things what you want and divide and rule, give it fancy names (old tactic) (e.g. renaming search and destroy to sweep and clear) . It stems from racism at the end of the day. Jeff it seems like you are probably unaffected by racism. Let me know one day when you are.

It is unfortunate that a lot of pilots and employees at Endeavor air hold racist ideologies. The company needs to try to provide education and training to all employees since Delta and Endeavor does not vett for such behavior traits during the hiring process like most airlines do. I hope things will improve in the future.
-Take isolated incidents and generalize a baseless claim that an entire corporation possesses a “racist culture”.
-Ignore the fact that a vast majority of people you work with are upstanding citizens who act professionally and respectfully.
-Suggest corporate “anti-bias training” though most social scientists agree that these programs are ineffective and nothing more than symbolic gestures. (do you really think that this would actually sway a truly bigoted person?)
Good people and a-holes are equally distributed amongst the various races, genders, etc.
You can be black, white, red, brown, purple, yellow (hope someone got it
But seriously, if you are polite, professional, and an overall nice person, we will likely be friends.
Did we learn nothing from MLK?

Woke culture conspiracy theorizing 101:

This is the second time Endavaor air crew members have made it to national news was about three years ago when a pilot and FA got into a flight. The problem exists even if you wish to be in denial. I understand that denial is an expected response. However, these publicized events clearly show that we have a problem in our airline. And we can fix it if we address it properly.

Racism goes both ways. I have seen plenty of instances of black people being racist against whites. Overall, most people are normal and get along (especially at a professional place like 9E). It’s the constant dividing, race baiting rhetoric by the media/politicians/people like the OP that stir it up. Of course there is the occasional bad apple or situation that is unfortunate which occurs at any organization.

Im glad you agree with my sentiment (likely the second half of my response), but I am not understanding yours (hence the first part of my response)
You may have missed my point...

The neat thing about this topic is even defending yourself in the midst of it is often misconstrued as being racist. So I'll leave this here on my way out of it.
