FWIW, we're looking at 670 daily peak-day departures in September.

Also, FWIW, company said that's probably going to be the peak until next summer.

Delta has been pretty combative with this type of thing. We'll probably not offer a very attractive package.

If we are only going to be doing 500-600 departures we are grossly overstaffed...something doesn't add up. and the company probably doesn't even know the game plan delta has in store for us.

And if they furlough, how long does it take to bring the crews back and be in the recovery position?

This comes down to what is more beneficial for DAL. Beg for TOWOPs and pay min guarantee, or furlough and back up the training pipeline while losing on revenue because you have no pilots on the recovery.
