Endeavor Air CEO Revolving Door

Looks like we get a new CEO, and probably a whole new plan for absolutely everything else. DG moves up the food chain and we now get Jim Graham in his place...

This opens up so much more for rumors! I’m now taking bets on an ERJ program, SLC, LAX, and SEA bases...

Seems like in the past the CEO that has been put in place has specialized in a new task endeavor was undertaking first CEO streamlining cost at the company, second growth with bases, acquiring more aircraft as well as slimming down the Delta Connections profile to three carriers. This makes me wonder what is this new guys specialty? Perhaps liquidation and bankruptcy?

I wanted to say “lol we have ANOTHER new ceo smh” but... call me an optimistic fool, but having these guys in senior positions at Delta can’t be all bad for us.

no I agree it just seems that we have had CEOs placed here at endeavor that were specialized in certain areas so it just makes me wonder what does this guy have to offer. It’s either that or everyone is management is using the endeavor CEO position as a position for when you lose a bet or as a way of hazing the new guy before welcoming him/her to the good ol boys club.

JG was Steve Dickson’s replacement for the SVP Flight Ops job before moving to Corporate Safety and replaced by the current guy Laughter. From what I know of JG’s history, he’s not someone who will lead the charge to liquidate or help you through BK.

This role change is for something in the works. Garrison and Graham are literally just switching positions and I think this is either a good or bad thing for Endeavor. Either he is there to extract concessions from the contract or what I think is more likely there will be more fleet changes and he is coming on to oversee that and do it at a more efficient and lower cost. I personally would put bets on the ERJ coming onboard. I don't know if any west coast flying will happen but I could potentially see this to get down to just 2 DCI carriers.

To add a little more fuel to that fire, there have been rumors from C-Tower that YX liquidity is a little rocky. That would make sense considering their BK a few years back.

I thought him to be a capable leader but there was a rumor he asked to leave Flight Ops. That said, ask 10 pilots what they think of him and you’ll get the typical 11 different answers [emoji57]
