Are there any stipulations to the 10k sign on bonus after training? Is it paid out after a year or after training? Does it require a contract to work for x number of months?

I believe you get it right after OE. No strings attached and no contract. The only thing tied to a training contract is the ATP training if you need it.

Would a current employee be willing to PM me to possibly chat on the phone for 20 minutes to answer some questions? Current 135 maybe looking to make the jump. Questions regarding CVG base, reserve, estimate of hours flying per month etc. thanks

Okay cool, I was reading my CJO and it said “endeavor pilots are eligible to receive the bonus after training” the wording made me think there might be a catch.

If you're even thinking about it I would put my app in first and ask questions later. The whole process took over 2 months for me from app submitted until in person interview last week. Class dates right now are well into Feb. If you are even THINKING about it.....put your app in.

Its a temporary LOA. It will expire at some point and we will lose it as well.

Endeavor is using it as a recruiting tool......

Well they aren't wrong.. Right now nobody touches our commuter benefits. Now that is most likely to change come Nov 2022.

Also aren't recruiters using call out for rsv in nyc 3 hrs?
