Chill out that's a bit of an overstatement. Endeavor does give $10k to new hires, good pay rates, positive space for commuters through October of 2022, and everyone is anticipating a flow for new hires at some point. That said, the company is on notice that they need to step it up. Oh and if you live in an Endeavor crew base that's another good reason.

DL and 9E need to step up and give new hires a reason to come here. I know several pilots starting with the airlines in the next few months, and ALL have decided to go to AA WOs. |

your last point is the only good reason right now. Our pay isn’t the top anymore (at least for year 1, after that I believe we still might be by a small margin). The positive space commute is great, but not permanent. Our single option commute policy is probably best in the industry, and better than even most majors. But that is all. No bonuses, no flow for new hires, trips are largely uncommutable, 15 days off seems to be max for the majority of our pilots, and trips constantly constant multiple 2-3 hour sits.

CJO
I received a CJO on Friday, October 22 and was told to respond within 3 business days.
1) Are they expecting a commitment or do I have more time to mull it over? 2) Is it feasible to commute as a new hire via small regional airport (KOAJ) to ATL? |

Thanks! RDU is only a two hour drive as well with service to NYC and DTW. I'm crossing my fingers I don't get CVG.

Any word on negotiations? Also not to be that guy, but technically they do give a $10k bonus after OE. Not that it solves everything you brought up.
