Yeah, you’ll be getting a flow as discussed. You haven’t gotten an email because it’s a tentative agreement that hasn’t been signed yet. Expect one in the next few weeks with more info.

Roger! Thanks As a new hire this is exciting news! It feels very nice to have a 'safety cushion' of sorts... Of all the regionals I interviewed - Endeavor gave me the best professional impression.

Cheers to the good days to come!

As it should be used as a safety cushion. It's pretty much a flow with a few small gates..nothing crazy though. Still won't take place til every one of the flow pilots has been called upon. And you have to do 4.5 years at edv. Which starts at your DOH

Lol you make more money (by the hour) than any regional pilot in the country. And you're mad that the other guys get more money in the form of handcuffed non-permanent bonuses??? When those bonuses go away I guess you'll just have to go back to being mad about commuter hotels?? Lol
I'm gonna make a bold statement, you're not gonna like it, but it's one my mom told me early on.......

What blows my mind is why 9E ALPA would campaign so heavily for something that slows attrition and helps the company retain pilots which gives them LESS leverage in negotiations.

It’s almost like the majority of the pilot group wanted it or something.

Majority of the pilot group does want delta senority numbers. But at the same time we are OK right now watching 70 a month leave. Which btw is more than we are putting though classes each month.
