The most recent final award had about secondary 50 vacancies in the 200 that it said would be filled with new hires. I’d expect some within the next two months personally.

That's a good point. The latest final also has far more 900 vacancies than the past two finals have had (118 versus 83 and 62, respectively), so we'll see.

There isn't any bonus money outside the 10k for new hires. There isn't any retention money or do any of us expect one to happen.
New hires don't and will never have a flow ( shouldn't say never as pilots here thought one would never happen. But it's highly unlikely). Now that's not saying you can't make it to Delta though Endeavor. They are looking at a career advancement plan (CAP) as green needles stated. But it is going to require some hoops to go though. This is in the works right now. But that also means this program won't start til after the last senority list 9E pilot flows or goes some were else. So you're def looking at a min 5 years before that would start. Goal is to make this place a 48 month airline...then go off to Delta. We will see. The next 6 months is going to be telling. Union is hoping to get a new hire program agreed upon by beginning of 2022.
Right now QOL sucks here. I have friends at republic who are getting half the month off with a line and Christmas off...and they are 2 months off OE. Been here 2 years and can't get a weekend....or more than 12 days off..
