In the past, seniority moved very quickly in NYC- but every New hire was put in NYC. Going forward, we will have to wait for a few vacancies to figure out how fast it moves.

And living in NYC while being based there has the benefit of being able to pick up NYC last minute open time and irop recovery stuff. You can make a lot of money on your days off if you're flexible and live there.
