Yep. The LCR addition to the contract was the worst. Twelve hour call-outs suck.

And when they increased LCR to 30% of the reserve lines? THE. WORST.

Absolutely, the senior guys have repeatedly screwed reserve to get a couple extra bucks each month. Tyranny of the majority in action. They do not care, they say it's only for awhile and it was like that when I started out too...they pretend to listen and then just say it's how the MEC voted. If you tell them you have been on the bottom for years they do not hear it and assume it is the same as it was for them when they moved into line-holder after a month on reserve. Reserve at Endeavor is really bad. Rant off, go ahead and tell me my opinion is wrong...

You are totally correct and when you get a line you think it would be better. Wrong! They use the line holders like reserves. Once they switch your trip around it’s all over. You are now a reserve pilot.

I bid reserve internationally for the last 3 years or so and I do not mind it at all. Now, I live in base. So it's all a matter of perspective.

Recommendation letters

I’ve an interview coming up, should I get recommendation letters from previous CFI,Professors, previous employer? Or do they only care about current endeavor employees?
