Hold on tight!
Word on the street is……… no retention bonuses…. I know.. bummer…. However! 40 a month will be getting delta seniority numbers starting at the top and working down. The flow stays at 20 a month. Get your mainline seniority number until the flow catches you and head on over to mainline with seniority in the bank.

This week, Company and MEC representatives met to discuss options that would keep Endeavor the first choice for current and future Endeavor pilots and the premier choice for Delta Air Lines. In light of the dynamic environment and variety of options available to us, the parties have agreed to continue to further evaluate the best course of action internally, and we agreed to continue discussions soon. As always, our focus is on obtaining the best deal possible for our pilots and our industry. As more specifics become available, we will certainly share them with you.

Nope. Don't come here for that. Delta did not want to give us flow. They gave it to us because their need of 35 RJs was greater than the ego needs of the hiring department.
The flow can go away, don't count on it. If I were a new hire, Endeavor wouldn't even be on my radar right now. You'll make more money at an American wholly owned and you'll have flow.
