This entire post is a case study in why you shouldn't post while drinking.

That was a compass thing, and even the laundry list of "requirements" were excused when they couldn't hire enough. Take a look at the golden 7 or whatever they are called.

Anyway, what gives is, delta wants more RJs, they dont care about degrees, never did. Money first because its a business, not a family.

pat your self for getting a degree

I generally don't think degrees should be required, but reading posts like this tends to move me in the other direction.

Dont forget, they are on probation when they come over. Morons mature up quick when they find out we arent just "so excited" to have a nearly full class. Theres a line out the door of people waiting to get in that know how to act.

what do you mean it was a Compass thing? All the flows at Compass had degrees…the guys/gals hired after the flow from Compass to Delta all had degrees per the requirements that are still in place…

DALPA will never give up scope unless the pot is incredible…Section 1 of the PWA is currently being negotiated outside Section 6 negotiations

Every single Compass flow had a degree? I have a hard time believing that

college degree and an ATP were required to get hired at Compass prior to 2010 under the flow…NWA pilots did the interviews since the flow was established under NWA…

Can you explain this for non union folks? Are you saying that instead of negotiating each section in order, they decided to start on section 6 negotiations
along with the others (sections 1 - XX)
