If you come to Endeavor you will not get to Delta outside of the flow unless you are a Propel Program Pilot. They are the only ones moving to Delta currently outside of the flow. Interviews of Endeavor pilots to Delta OTS have been stopped until at least Feb 2023 at the earliest and currently there are 40+ Endeavor pilots that have been offered CJO’s to Delta that are not being offered class dates and are sitting in limbo. Talking to a buddy of mine who is one of those pilots he says whenever he reaches out to Delta for a status update they ignore him or tell him they will contact him when they have more information. Skywest and Republic pilots are being given class dates or projected class dates. This hiring will not last so if you want to get to DL go to an American regional carrier they are getting classes within 6 weeks of a successful interview. Also if another downturn in the industry comes as a result of the flow every pilot at Endeavor is at risk of being furloughed as the flow came with a flow back clause for Delta pilots that face furlough at mainline to take a regional pilots position. Go to any other regional EDV is not worth your time.

Talked to a couple buddies that are in the holding pen at EDV and sounds like they are seeing a little movement but we will see if that lasts. In other news if your a pic at EDV with some time in the left seat (couple hundred hours) American is going nuts for us and it’s not a bad gig over here. Fellow prior EDV pilot is high up in hiring.
AA is our 2nd flow..just as many going there than delta...only delta leaving are flows and propel
