Exactly. I would be more than happy to wait it out a few years. I honestly think they are working on something like that. Some kinda gate system based on longevity ect…

honestly, at least for me, that alone won’t do it. If I have to wait 2-3 years to flow, even with a seniority number locked in today, versus going to AA or UA tomorrow… yeah. Bye.

at a minimum we need significant QOL improvements along with the seniority number. I’m talking green reserve grid, more hard pay, and better schedule quality. Give me 4 days off minimum between trips. Or duty rigs… or something. But 12-13 days off a month at min credit ain’t cutting it. Not even with a seniority number to DL.

They will need to staple the entire company to the list with all the perks that come with it allowing new hires to go into the 900 with a seat lock for two years.

6 days on, 6 days off. Positive space commute. 300k and a Delta seniority number. A pay raise equivalent to above inflation. And then maybe I'll stay, but otherwise staying here just means a lower seniority number at United, American, FedEx etc.

But even the above is not enough.

Exit stage right. I am out of here.
