The deals at Envoy and Piedmont are a game changer. I can can simply skip my 2 year flow date by quitting 9E and starting at Envoy as direct entry captain and then applying to Delta (well, assuming Delta is quicker off the mark than American or United)

So have you actually done this or are you just running your mouth? Talk is cheap.

I’m hearing that you won’t get called for a Delta interview if you have Endeavor on your resume within 12 months…. Still quicker than flow!

I’m out. Applied to Envoy and 25 hours later I had a CJO. No interview required, they didn’t even talk to me on the phone. I’m entering at second year CA pay of $150 per hour. Quicker route to DAL, and I’m saving more $$$ for my kids college while I wait to join a major. Maybe DAL, maybe UAL, maybe AAL.

Does that pay apply during training also?

I believe so. 64 hours/16 hours per diem during training. I go to DFW on the 24th for the logbook review/company brief, etc. I will (hopefully) have all the details after that event.

I did NOT interview. Updated the app, and got the email with the CJO. I called pilot recruiting to ask (I assumed it was a mistake). He said no mistake, I work for a 121 carrier so no need for an interview.

PSA has joined the other 2 WO's at AA with the new payrates, I'll link the photo from their website below. Pilots like Capalpha who just got hired without even an interview because he's already 121.....How long can it be before the other regionals have to do something about pay. I mean if the 3 WO's at AA will hire from other 121 regionals without even requiring an interview.
