Skywest announced a 10% to 15% reduction in their 2022 scheduled due to lack of pilots. Is Endeavor suffering the same? Canceled flights for lack of pilots or schedule reduction?

Delta management has a long history of playing unions against one another for the benefit of Delta. As well, the ComAir archives are full of posts informing Delta WHAT THEY MUST DO...
I'm all for discussion but be aware the forums are monitored...

Personally, whenever I hear the word "shortage", I think about salary...if the salary goes high enough, the shortage will go away.

I have also said many times that an inflation hedge such as a Cost of Living Adjustment to our salary scale would be in the interest of all parties since it removes a bit of the kneejerk negotiations that come out of sudden changes in our economy which appear to be getting more unstable rather than dampening out as we have all been led to expect. If our salary scales had the same multiplier that government service employees receive applied, say every quarter, then inflation/deflation/stagflation would be a moot point.

Lastly QOL should be something for everyone and not just the top 20% of the seniority list.
