How long have you been at Endeavor? A lateral move to Go Jet might not be the best move! Most people have left GoJet to come here after a few months there and heard it’s takes 6 mo to schedule OE.. Endeavor is in a better position than they are. Just my .02 ..

why would you do this? If you are an FO here, and have the time to upgrade, you’ll upgrade on the current vacancy. Then you’ll be eligible for the retention bonus of up to $110k. Why would you give up seniority, as well as money, for brokejet? And if you are already a CA here it makes even less sense. Unless you just really want that “flow” to UAL.

if you want a faster route to DL, go to a LCC, ULCC, or other legacy not GoJet. That way, if it doesn’t work out, you will be happy with the alternative.
