Default Tight LGA connection?

Looking at booking a Delta flight for a 16 year old who speaks minimal English.
Both flights are operated by Endeavor on a CRJ900. 40 minute connection in LGA going to YUL.
Are the gates Endeavor uses all in the same area? This would be her first time flying alone and she doesn’t speak much English. I don’t want to set her up for disaster with a tight connection if it’s going to be difficult finding the gate.
Thanks.

LGA is under major construction right now. It’s possible she might arrive at like gate 98 and need to take a bus over to C42. 40 minutes is pushing it real close especially if she needs assistance. I would send her through Kennedy or another hub if possible.

40 min is do able for someone that is very familiar with lga. But for a kid I would highly not recommend it. At least an hr would be appropriate. Like the other poster said..send them to another hub..like Detroit. Much easier to navigate.

That sounds like a really bad idea. Our gates are scattered all over the place in LGA and frequently require taking a bus to a different terminal. 40 min would be tight for me, and I know exactly where to go and how to get there.

Thanks. Sending her through Dulles with a longer connection time.
