exactly and Delta isn't going to do anything about the current situation.

it’s more that it’s the same voices over and over telling others to leave but seemingly hanging around so they get flow/bonus. They want others to bail so they get the goods.

While I agree, Delta never owed you any of that and never will, and is a perpetuated fantasy. We/you don't deserve it, "just because."

Companies don't care about you. All jobs jobs suck. Yes vote with your feet, but do it not because of a mental orgasm not in line with reality of how corporations make decisions based in this industry.

The reality is that there is no way Delta COULD grant advanced seniority OR longevity without negotiating that with DALPA, and the union ask on that would be HUGE.

As NJ said, do what's best for you and your families, and let Delta do what Delta's gonna do...
