Realistically prob 3 years as a DEC. I came from XJT been here for a year and half and I’m looking at a year if I get crazy lucky since I upgraded to CA..

Junior MSP CA is an Oct 2017 hire (approx 550 seniority)
Junior MSP FO is an Apt 2022 hire (approx 1300 seniority)
