Realistically prob 3 years as a DEC. I came from XJT been here for a year and half and I’m looking at a year if I get crazy lucky since I upgraded to CA..

MSP is very senior. As a DEC, you’ll be bottom of the barrel for years.

Junior MSP CA is an Oct 2017 hire (approx 550 seniority)
Junior MSP FO is an Apt 2022 hire (approx 1300 seniority)

we currently
have 1750ish pilots.
