I respect your opinion but I disagree.. These pilots who left didn’t leave to help increase attrition. They left to better themselves just like anyone else would. Nothing more Nothing LEss. This HOLD on the TA for those who resigned is not RIGHT and does not represent most who are still on property…. If your still on property when this is signed then absolutely and Im sure the company would agree with that.. TIME is of the absence and anything can change in a moments notice.. Our AIP is Record breaking Financially and we should Not take advantage of the Leverage we currently have by Poking the BEAR..

You should read that out loud to yourself a few times.

You should always take advantage of the leverage that you currently have. Don't overreach, of course.

This MEC has a strong track record of almost always getting what it wants in the end. Trust them.

I actually agree with “Dont Overreach” hence “not to take advantage of our Leverage”. They shouldn’t be holding up the TA for Pilots that are no longer on property. Let’s get the TA done and move on. The Demand for Pilots and Captains is why we have Leverage and obviously the unsustainable Attrition but like you said we shouldn’t overreach.. Let’s don’t go down that road. Comair did and look what happened to them…. I agree the MEC has always done a good job and I know they’ll make the right decision when it comes to this…. We also need to speak out when we disagree!

Y'all are wasting energy and time, and with that the risk of the deal getting changed. They quit, who picked up the slack? The flight schedules didn't get cut back, and everybody else had to cover it through reassignments and extensions into days off. DOH is foremost, and they're already in line for a larger profit sharing check and I doubt they'll send back to your pilot group. When you quit, you quit, that's the decision you made for yourself that was best for you.

You make some very good points . Those of us that stayed here on the front lines and us senior line holders and junior folks continually getting screwed with schedule changes, BYD , and continual excuses of why they try and violate the contract , etc . Also all of us that stayed here on the front lines of Covid , helping the airline get through , etc and they reward us by getting rid of PS home at the worst time of the year …. Yea , thanks for all you do. Gimme a break .

Try to say thank you to them? Please, everyone of these folks left for personal reasons and personal benefit. Not a single person left because they believed it would trigger the company to act. We should be thankful that a pilot left for Delta? Anything else we should do for them?

I’m extremely thankful for what we have the potential to get here. I’m also a staunch believer ithat just because we can doesn’t mean we should. Hence why I’m against holding the company accountable to pay for pilots who are now getting paid on another seniority list.

Why do you think Comair went out of business?
