Endeavor or PSA
Straight to the point. I have two CJOs from PSA and EDV. I live in Philadelphia so PSA would be ideal but I’m also willing to move to NYC if I choose EDV, commuting is not an option. In regards to factors such as quality of training, companies culture, long term career potential, shortest amount of time to spend on reserve and anything else you would like to add. Where to go? Thanks.

Exactly what was said above. If you want to work for AA or UA then come to Edv. If you want DAL or UA then go PSA.

The advice above is accurate in the present hiring environment but there’s no guarantee that advice will still be accurate in 2 years. There are plenty of pilots at AA (and now DL) who got there because of the flow, and may not have otherwise. It’s difficult to tell what the future will hold.
Regarding the training environment, Endeavor will do its best to help you through if you struggle. Their training department is, in my opinion, excellent. There are a few people who haven’t made it through Endeavor’s training, but they are the exception, not the rule. I don’t have first hand experience with PSA but have had a few acquaintances not make it thru training there and my impression has been that PSA’s training is less “forgiving,” shall we say.
I enjoyed the culture at EDV but you need to be prepared for NYC issues to consistently jack with your schedule. Don’t get excited about the overnight with the nice free breakfast because you’re one LGA hiccup away from getting reassigned to CLE and enjoying, well, there’s not much to enjoy at the hotels Endeavor uses there. As one example.
If you’re going to do Endeavor, living in NYC is the way to do it. Plenty of opportunity to make easy money during irops—or at least there was when I was there.
Good luck!

I am looking at both also. Check out the PSA thread.
I have been told to stay away from PSA, due to some of the maniacs in the training department.
I think most are good, but there a few landmine instructors that can blow up your training record.
EDV, on the other hand has received great posts about training.

If you believe everything you read on the internet, then take the advice of some of the nimrods on this site. Otherwise, coming from someone with experience going through military flight training and a couple regionals, I can say that the training at PSA in Charlotte is some of the best I have ever seen, including the man all you wimps are afraid of. We had 4 people in our class from Endeavor as well. I'm sure Endeavor is awesome to some, as is PSA. Go for quality of life first, not who you might or might not get in training for the first 2 months of a 30-40 year career. If you are worried about that, then maybe you shouldn't fly.
