former Measba/Pinnacle/Endeavor?
 

I used to work for Mesaba and left when we were just merging with Pinnacle. I'm filling out applications and am just wondering what company name and address I should use in my applications? Do I use Endeavor now?

You should use whatever the company name when you left. I was told this is because your PRIA will be under that name and it will aid the new company in completing your background check, ie quicker access to CASS.

I'm sure others will say otherwise, this is just what I was told by my new employer

on applications I put who I worked for. on pria paperwork I put "colgan (endeavor air)" with the contact info for endeavor since they have the records.

On a side note. I filled out 2 PRIA forms; one for Mesaba and the other for Pinnacle/Endeavor... I was furloughed at Mesaba and recalled by Pinnacle and my new employer wanted 2 separate forms.

I left a year ago. I've been using Pinnacle's info. I suppose its time to update the apps with the current address. Is H.Q fully moved outta the golden tower in memphass?

I filled out 3 PRIAs. Mesaba, Pinnacle, and Endeavor. I was going to just do Mesaba and Endeavor (because Endeavor wasn't a new airline it was just a name change) but HR at the receiving airline told me to do all 3. I used the same address for all 3 airlines though, the only difference was the name.

FAA forms 8060-11,11A,12 have locations for a name of a person, telephone, and fax. Does anyone know these details associated with PRIA requests at pinnacle now endeavor? Their phone numbers on the website go nowhere. Any help would be appreciated!
