Colgan got a great deal because their whole operation was parked after the merger so they got all the growth consideration in the arbitration even though they didn't have a plane to their name when it was all done, so colgan pilots fit into the 200 overflow off quota because their exaggerated seniority could hold it.
In fairness the colgan fos got compelely rocked by the sli, but they left when we parked birds for the most part.

You'd still have two union groups ending up in arbitration, so category and class with some relative seniorty slant.

Well Delta's in the drivers seat anyway. They have lease rights on all of the Compass Delta birds, and all of the 700's at GoJet. All they have to do is wait for the ASA to expire or a breakdown in performance metrics and they can just transfer the planes. No need to buy anybody or merge.
To be clear, even though i can speak about a merger idt we are in for one. Yes Delta may have other plans, but there's no way around operational and sli fences. Sorry to gojets, we ain't going to fix your payrates.

I'll say this. If you are a pilot for Endeavor then I owe you an apology and from my original question why would you think we would merge with GoJet? If your not an endeavor pilot and starting a conversation about us merging GoJet then your trying to stir it up. Yes it's an open forum but you won't see me commenting on things on another Airlines forum. Hence the Troll comment. If I'm wrong then I apologize!
