numbers are already down...only 16 in the last class....way off the mark for the 60 they want per month.

Keep in mind There's a good amount of us that can hold CA in NY but currently the company really doesn't entice us to commute to NY especially with our reserve rules. I'll keep my 20 minute drive to work and 18 days off until they can convince me to commute. Not gonna go down to 8 days off with commuting for an extra 20 grand. A divorce costs more than that if I'm never home.

Try double what you make!
But I agree they need to make it worth it.
Over 9yrs to hold dtw capt isn't good for recruiting efforts.

Very true, it's not worth it. I heard something today that the AW guys that came over can possible go back? Can anyone verify this? I can see why they would, but it sounded more like a rumor than fact.

I think we're done with the wave of Air Wisconsin ship jumpers. It'll be interesting to watch hiring numbers in the coming months.
