Hypothetical here...
Let's say you're bought off a trip for OE and you elect option one in the contract for trip displacement where you receive pay for it and you're free to go home. Basically not sit AVL. If you do this, can you go into TB/Opentime and pickup something? The intent here would be to get paid for your original trip and something else too.

Time AVL you also get 150%. Unless you want to fly it's a good deal to sit at home.

Yes, it was part of the restructuring. That said, we never have. For those curious LOA 33.63 Q. I remember them talking it up on the calls and roadshows and Pete telling them it was BS and would never happen.
Q. PROFIT SHARING
1. Payout Threshold
a. Pre-tax margin excluding non-cash deferred revenue and special items (“Adjusted Margin” and “Adjusted Earnings”)
2. Bonus Pool
a. Ten percent (10%) of Adjusted Earnings up to four percent (4%) in pre- tax margin; fifteen percent (15%) above four percent (4%) in pre-tax margin to eight percent (8%) and twenty percent (20%) over eight percent (8%).
3. Payout
a. Each class of employees will receive a pro rata share of the Bonus Pool based on the ratio of the class's total concessions resulting from Pinnacle’s bankruptcy to the aggregate amount of such concessions across all employee classes. In the case of ALPA, this amount shall be 76.7%.
b. The Bonus Pool amount allocated to an employee class for each fiscal year will be allocated to eligible employees within the class on a pro rata basis based on the ratio of the employee’s Considered Earnings for the year to the aggregate amount of Considered Earnings for all eligible employees in such class for that year.
c. Considered Earnings are those earnings currently defined for contribution to the Company’s 401(k) for that portion of the fiscal year for which the employee was eligible to participate.
4. Eligibility
a. All current employees (excluding officers and directors) on implementation date
b. For those hired after implementation date, 1 year of continuous, active service
c. Employed at end of year.
5. In lieu of a cash payout, a Pilot may elect to have any portion of his payout from the Profit Sharing Plan deferred into the 401(k) plan (subject to annual IRS contribution limits and any other applicable regulatory limits).
a. Any 401(k) deferral will not be eligible for the Company matching contribution.
b. Elections to defer into the 401(k) plan for the Profit Sharing Contributions may be made at least annually.
c. Any portion not deferred into the 401(k) plan will be paid as earnings subject to any required withholding obligations.
The Association will have the right to review the methodology and calculation of the bonus pool and payouts (including data and access to relevant personnel) prior to distribution.
