Where do you come up with 149? It was my understanding that the planes that Skywest uses for the at-risk flying didn't count towards the 125.

For what it's worth, the 50 seaters aren't a hull limit, it's a lines of flying limit, IIRC. The 70/76 seat limit is a hull limit.

Does the last paragraph of TW 17-01 letter today mean that you can change your bid before Monday and get awarded something different. I was under the assumption that no changes are allowed after the close date except to withdraw. Can someone please explain?
