I have been looking at ENDV, RAH, PSA and ENDV looks like the quickest upgrade out of the three. Flow is not a consideration for me.
I probably would have to commute for all three, but ENDV and PSA depending on base is a 3 hr drive.

That's a pretty fast upgrade. Will you be on the -200 or -900 as CA, and which base?

Not really, they may use you to cover an LGA trip. However, if they do that they must provide you Cab to and from LGA. It's considered a Dead head. So you get paid for 1 hour each way. If you're based in JFK for example you will always start and end a trip in JFK unless your last leg is a Dead head then you can request and alternate deadhead back home wherever that maybe. Hope this helps ...

As for airline choices, having worked at AWAC, EDV is your best choice out of the ones you stated above. PSA and RAH have bad fundamentals when it comes to day-to-day work experiences etc. While we all want to move on, you need to pick an airline you won't mind retiring from as no one can predict when the circus ends.

If you wish to make it to DL, I would highly recommend PDT first, and PSA second. If you don't want to move up, then EDV is a great place to be, and to retire from as a regional.

My guess is because there is a line of thinking that flying for the "other guys regional" gives you a better chance to get on with your desired legacy.
It depends who you talk to because you will get supporting stories for both sides of the argument.
For the "flow" guys, ENY, PDT, PSA will all presumably get you to AA eventually and so you can sit it out unless DAL comes calling before the flow.
