You could possibly hold DTW right out of the gate but right now most people who want DTW get it within a few months. Upgrading in DTW is slim to none at the moment. That could change in the future but right now if you want to upgrade you will be doing it in NYC or Atlanta.

900, no. NYC is still growing for the 900. Heck, MSP900 block hours actually went down May to June.
