The 14 from EV were so out of whack it was taking 100+ man hours more just to get the FAA to sign them to the certificate.

So why doesn't the FAA have a word with EV about why those aircraft were so out of whack?

When ExpressJet sends their planes, they're not sending their best. They're sending planes that have lots of problems and some, I assume, are good aircraft.

You guys need to take a step back and look at who is controlling this...SKYWORST owns expressjet and they have already been taking the best of the XJT fleet and putting them in service with skyworst....so we are getting the leftovers....
