I don't claim to be an expert, but since Pinacle did it back in the day I am sure the approvals and procedures are around somewhere. How hard would it be to pull those up, Find Replace Pincale to Endeavor, and ship them off to the MSP FSDO?

It seems like the certificate has gone through quite a few twists and turns so the FAA might want proving runs, but that also may seems unlikely.

Air Wisconsin has all those Ops Specs and I don't think anytime in their history did they go to the Caribbean; maybe Mexico during their United days.

It seems that Ops Spec is just a paper shuffle and if Delta wants it, resources will be brought to bear to make it happen.

Have deliveries of the 200 stopped or not, that is the question. 926EV was the next one on the list, ferried to CKB recently. Read into it what you want.https://flightaware.com/live/flight/N926EV

You may be correct however, sometimes routes may be full but still not making a profit because of so many people using their free miles on vacation destinations. So it may be cheaper for airlines to put lower cost equipment on those routes even though larger equipment appears to be warranted.

So by reducing the available seats on those routes you risk ****ing off your FF members while at the same time taking away revenue-producing seats from the paying passengers. That doesn't make sense.

My overall point is DCI international ASMs are on the decline somthe only way Endeavor gains international flying is from Delta shifting flying from other DCI carriers.

You don't need extended overwater specs for Mexico or the Caribbean out of Atlanta. Multiple routes available that keep you within 50 miles of the nearest land. I am surprised that Mesaba had extended overwater specs the other regionals were doing these routes without it. We are already a supplemental Delta carrier to Canada, I do believe that if Delta wanted us in the Caribbean and Mexico they would help it happen.

We sure weren't flying to Alexandria, Gainesville, and Montegomety when I started here.

To what number does "completely full" equate to?

No, and we didn't have a base in NY, either. But now we do. Nor did we have an ATL base. And SKW and XJT flew those routes to AEX, GSV, and MGM 3 months ago. Today, it's EDV and SKW. A year from now, it might be EDV and XJT again. DL shifts regional companies as they see fit. Nothing new here.
