Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
Never going to happen in your scenario, Delta won't play our game.
I'm all for being in the best position possible, but we will never be able to force Delta into anything.
Our best option is to get the bonus turned into hourly rates immediately.

And I don't think that the notion that CJO holders shouldn't be negotiators is a bash at all, but a recognition that they have a conflict of interest. Nothing against their personal character. It took a while for it to sink in for me, but Delta pilots and Endeavor pilots have opposing monetary interests.
Having someone negotiating who is effectively a part of both groups, is like being represented by a lawyer who has a CJO at the opposition. Wouldn't you agree?

Also, you guys turned down 7.5 hours for CDOs. If you did apples to apples vs Delta, you guys would be almost double, because our contract blows. The problem with the bonus pay at Endeavor, is the union wants to base it off 83 hours, which Delta pilots would not even consider if they were in our shoes, so why should we?

I thought you get an extra 2-1 hours of suit up/short call pay, which is what all reserve at Endeavor is?

We didn't turn down 7.5 hour CDOs. The company can create CDOs but for 10:30.

130/hr maxed out 900 CA can happen
Fix our Sick bank
401k improvements
Commuter policy: this needs a huge adjustment! Delta won't touch it, but they need to.
Travel S3 for work?
I mean really! What the hell is going on? We are in a pilot shortage and are traveling behind retirees. I have no problem going behind active DL employees, but busting my arse all day to get to work while watching retirees go ahead is ridiculous. If we can't make it....pay protect us for CIH! There needs to be an option for travel during work.
Long Call reserve. Actually the entire reserve contract needs to be trashed. This company has super senior pilots on reserve. Time to treat senior folks on reserve like it should be.
