Can we only use our balance at the physical store or can we use it on their website. I have already purchased uniform items through their special "endeavor" uniform site.
Anything and anything that's in the stopover store at msp dtw and cvg can be bought using your in store credit. Even models and stuff. Picked up some new shoes today on my 4 hour sit.

So per the email from our negotiating team there is going to be a meeting this week in Charlotte with the company and a Delta Rep. Based on prior updates from the union it seems that the best we can hope for is to get the bonuses rolled into our hourly rate with NO raise at all. It's like a big smoke and mirrors routine, they have us wrapped around the axle talking about 75 or 83 hours, and in the end they are just setting us up to be happy with the same pay over the next however many years, 5?
I call "B.S."
I know there are hopes of some kind of flow or whatever, but what if they are just pushing another big stinking turd like the SSP?

Personally I've been only getting 9-10 days off a month trying to credit 100 hours a month so I can support my family. I encourage everyone to get out there calculator and just see how much your gonna have to work to bring home a better paycheck, even with the "their" best case scenario of rolling the bonus in at $25.55/hr.

Don't do it online.

Look for what you want online and call them or go in.

Well if they roll the entire bonus in at 75 hours a month then that is a big pay raise for anyone who normally flies more than 75 hours, which is most of the pilots. I would be thrilled with that.

Has anyone ever traded/dropped flying with another pilot, with that flying starting out of base? I know I have picked up a flight for someone out of base before. "Ex picking up a leg out of CVG" Just curious because CS says it's never approved

It can’t be dropped... because they might have to deadhead someone out to cover the flying- but I think you can trade it to a person willing to pick it up...

Yeah I knew you couldn’t drop it out of base. I guess I worded it poorly, but I’m pretty sure you can give another pilot your flying regardless of where it starts if they will be there to start it. Apparently CS says that isn’t true but I’m trying to get a little insight to see what others have done. I know we have new schedulers who may not know! I mean if someone who lives in DFW wants to pick up someone’s trip so they can get to work and make extra cash, why can’t that be allowed? Thanks for you input

It's called a jetway trade. I've been told they will approve if the pilot picking up is at the gate.

That policy extends to a call in honest. If you want to rejoin your trip out of base they will refuse unless you are at the aircraft.

No offense but it sounds like you're over extended. You would need a 30% raise to get by on a 75hr line. Which isn't going to happen
