New hire class all got the 900 with about an even split between JFK and LGA.

If anyone isn't happy with the TA and it does pass, one thing to still keep your head up about it is, no mandatory hats and leather jackets for all. Let the small things count.

1st year 30.30x75x12 + 10000 training bonus + 20000 retention bonus = 57,270
2nd year (if you stay on 200)
33.53x75x12 + 23000 retention bonus = 53,177
Proposed
1st year 50.16x75x12 + 10000 training bonus = 55,144
2nd year (assuming locked into 200)
56.95x75x12= 51,255

About the same drop off under both. New hire bonus can be increased up to 20,000. This is assuming you never fly which is historically rare if you heard the statistics last night.

It's only pay decrease if you are working the least amount possible. If you work 81.5 you will break even. In 2016 only 1 pilot in our group credited 900 for the year. So if you're that guy you'll need to work a bit more, if not it doesn't matter,
