Grow some balls people, different day and age.

They AA, DL, UA created a monster in our industry. 1st age 60 rule extension, a drastic change occurred in 2009 with the Colgan Air / United Express accident, and 2013/2014 with the 1500hr rule implementation.

Some of y'all need to take your thongs off and let your manhood dangle once in a while to remind yourself your not a little ..... boy. Put your big boy pants on, tighten your damn belt buckle & strap on your boots.
Lol

Let's grow some balls!

Because an industry leading contract of payrates is not good enough on an LOA they don't have to negotiate at all!

Let's show Delta we don't deserve to be treated and paid as the best!

That'll show em.

1. Who's the "they" in this case? Delta? Endeavor Management?

2. I'm sure that you could get another 121 job, but you get to start all over with seniority. That doesn't sound like very much fun.

We're getting a $23 an hour increase in pay rates, increase in per diem, increase in 401k, increase in sick accrual, better commuter policy, return of long call reserve, additional day off for reserves and an increase in fleet guarantee.

What were you hoping to get? Every pilot gets a Porsche in recurrent?

United is about to ramp up hiring again and the regional crunch will only tighten. And what about Delta and the C series? They are saying they will not pay the tariffs and guess who will have to cover that flying if that happens? Or who is already covering that flying? We do half of the heavy lifting why should we not get compensated for our work. Pay and 401k in the regionals are a joke and its time to end the C scale.
Lol, you all act like the transfer of flying wood be overnight. Look how long it took Delta to wind down Comair. Or how long for the Delta side of Express Jet. All Delta would have to do is time it with the expiration of the bonuses. They have all kinds of time to move flying and airplanes around. Those that think they can bully Delta don't know Delta.

Bully? Wow...asking to paid like a professional is bullying? The kool-aid is a flowing. This is why ALPA will never work at the regional level. You’re just a regional pilot flying from NY to Houston.

1. I'm pretty sure pre-bankruptcy there weren't any FO's making $62 an hour. Yes, in some cases senior captain rates were approaching this deal but as the union notes in their calls/road shows, those were 20 year scales and the similar rates are now on 15 year scales, so you get the money 5 years sooner. Does that help you if you're a 25 year captain? No but if you're a 14 year Captain it helps a LOT.

2. Yes. I remember long call. I had 28 days off one month and even if it doesn't turn out this way this time, it will allow commuters to sit reserve at home vs at the crashpad. I'd say that's a pretty significant improvement.

Right. Let’s not forget this guy said with great certainty that our 200s were going to Hawaii to fly the islands. Just put his posts directly into the recycle bin
