From Dec 2015 - inflation adjusted using the consumer price index would be $124.20.
From Dec 2016- inflation adjusted using the CPI would be $121.68.
While the increase looks less impressive in that light, keep in mind that we're coming up on December 2017, meaning that if this TA passes it would have only taken a year to get new rates that would now last (with increases) until 2024.
In many cases it has taken airlines YEARS (like 5 or 6) to get a TA, and in that time typically they are working at whatever the last year's rate was.

You're saying that his opinion is invalid because he hasn't been here long enough? I think there is a lot of truth in what he said, especially after so many years making significantly less. We were worth what we could get, and that is what we got. The company would be foolish to over-pay. If they are paying Endeavor pilots more than others, its because they want to grow Endeavor more than the others, or, pilots employed at Endeavor are more valuable that at another carrier. To get more than that is something that no regional has ever done and it's unlikely to ever happen.
If they pay more it's because they need to pay more. Like with the bonuses.

Vote no if you want. If enough vote no, all the MEC has to do is step back, make a tiny change or two, call it an improved LOA, then put the LOA into effect anyway. A vote is not actually required for an LOA I believe?
We could kill that stranglehold instantly with a flow to Southwest or United or FedEx or UPS.
Why is everyone so damn chicken**** at the regionals? We do the same job, in worse conditions for half the pay and benefits... yes we fly smaller jets by 20%; but get paid half... enough of this

This is a factually incorrect statement.
Pre-bankruptcy JCBA 20 year 76 seat captain rate at 12/1/15 (the furthest out rates went) was $119.02
Proposed TA 15 year 76 seat captain rate at 1/1/18 (the first rate available) would be $122.20
That is a $3.18 INCREASE (2.67%) from Pre-bankruptcy JCBA rate at a longevity 5 YEARS earlier.
It is also a $30.44 (33.17%) increase from current 12 year (top of scale) 76 seat captain rate.

Now correct for the rate of inflation...
