EDV LECs have recently been inviting DL reps to LEC meetings. The idea is to foster a stronger relationship between EDV ALPA and DALPA. Sounds like progress is being made on this front.

Some guesses, based on the bid packs:

On the 900 side, firebreaks suck, but they stretched out duty periods. That probably led to more trips to cover all of the flying. Gauging by the pairing numbers, there are 104 less NYC 900 trips in May than April. All of those extra trips probably required more lines in April.

On the 200 side, only the LGA side shrunk. They're introducing the 700 in LGA next month. Maybe some of that flying went there? JFK has about the same number of pairings.

(Long time listener, first time caller. Hi, folks.)

The OO continued expansion next month in LGA might be part of the cause since that flying probably came from somewhere. I think the ORD shuttle came from republic though.

Not entirely, though better than April.

Default Upgrade Footprint

Does anyone know what the CA upgrade footprint is?
I was looking for either an outline or slides on the 9E website, but nada.

How many days and what does it include.

Thanks in advance...

If there is a aircraft swap it will be 5 days of ground. Staying in and type just 3 days of ground. 3 days of difference or 1 day of systems. Then two days of captain leadership. Go in the systems ready to pass a systems test. Limitations and basic knowledge mostly. Captain leadership is a snooze fest. You’ll do your cat ii and dg test too. Then either 1 or 2 days of FTD. One maneuvers lesson and your MV. 2 lofts and then your LOE. Usually two trips of OE then. Start to finish it was less than a month. Sims are bid for by seniority in captain leadership. They just pass around a piece of paper with different schedules. Overall upgrade wasn’t hard at all.

I would add more about the systems test. Most completely ace it but a few almost fail it. Some folks seem to go in there completely unprepared and the instructors rightly assume otherwise.

Default Paystub website down again

Is this disconcerting to anybody else? Especially the fact that I get those "this website is not secure" warnings all the time?
