Sadly probably not. It's been this way for a while. One of my best friends is an lca over there and was telling me all of this stuff 4/5 years ago. This is just their business model, and until someone dies they're gonna keep it up

I was told by someone at Delta OPS that they had already moved some over to Endeavor and Skywest.

I don't know that this is dead yet, but if we haven't heard anything by the end of summer that would be my guess

Just a guess, but I think there are many moving parts. If we hire to aggressively it hurts other Delta regionals. If we can’t get upgrades online fast enough it creates imbalance. If new hires are slow to compete training and start logging flight time it hurts recruitment. Again just guessing

He was talking about 700s from GJ.

If it was announced it would hurt
Go jet/DL more than it would help us. We need to get our current growth staffed and online before new growth is announced for 9e. Maybe they learned something from the shrinking of Expressjet???
