I don’t know how anyone on this seniority list could be happy with Delta hiring flight school graduates (not their employees) putting them on at Endeavor to gain “experience” and then taking that pilot to Delta while the pilot that gave the Delta pilot his vast experience gets left behind.

Totally reeks of seniority circumvention.

Our Union better pull out everything they have to squash this crap.

Not sure our union has any say in the matter, honestly. Maybe there are some backdoor conversations happening. Or, better yet, let's just see how this pans out. BL has talked about DC consolidation and 9E growing to 40+% of total flying...I'm willing to wait this out to see what happens. In the meantime, be a professional. Let things outside of your control go. It's not worth it.

Seniority circumvention? Really? The newbies are not going to be senior to anyone already at 9E. How is it seniority circumvention?

We can't take on pilots that won't upgrade. I have no problem with the program so long as there is a captain requirement.

I don’t think our union can do anything either unfortunately.

And as much as this ****es me off that Delta does sh!t like this I’m happy to stay right here for the rest of my career.

It’s the young guys that should be ****ed that they’ve announced a career progression outside of Endeavor that’s better than what they have, even though we’ve been told that wouldn’t happen.
