What else needs to be said after what was put out after the Propel announcement? 9E still has the best deal going to get to Delta.

There's no reason to believe if they're going to score the most competitive among those DCI pilots that they wouldn't then get interviews. Each interview slot they take is one less available Off the Street (OTS) interview (see non DGI). So if you had hopes to move to Delta OTS outside of the DGI , this significantly reduces the available chances.

They will be reviewed in senority order, also the apps that already are in the Delta pool. So still not better than DGI, which, is still not better than a flow. Delta invests so much time and resources in coming up with all these complex algorithms, starting from the ramp to delta program, the college to delta, dgi, ssp, now this guaranteed app review, to choose the best pilots, who then go land at the wrong airports. Or line up on the runway with one engine running.
